Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care during night and weekend shifts in assigned departments
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient records accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and clinical expertise
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families during off-hours
Qualifications
- Current California RN or LVN license required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification with willingness to obtain ACLS if needed
- Proven ability to work independently during low-staffed shifts

- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
