Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (for example, pallet jacks, reach trucks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy, ensuring cargo security.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
