Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations during Saturday/Sunday night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate inventory management, loading/unloading, and quality control protocols
- Lead team of 5-7 associates with real-time performance coaching
- Implement safety compliance and OSHA standards across all activities
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and digital tools
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal disruption to overnight processes
- Generate end-of-shift performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management track record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate industrial equipment (forklift certification preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure during peak weekend operations
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Availability for every Saturday/Sunday shift without exception
