Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during assigned night shifts and weekends
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate with clinical team for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- CPR/BLS certification mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
