Responsibilities
- Execute operational tasks and client support during weekend night shifts (Saturday/Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in company CRM systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Monitor security protocols and facility readiness throughout shifts
- Complete daily shift reports and handover documentation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for weekend operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in night shift or weekend work environments
- Strong proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (if required for site visits)
