Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and vital sign monitoring during night/weekend shifts
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure clinic readiness for overnight operations
- Provide patient education and support during evening and weekend hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless care continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced environment
- Availability for weekend nights (Fri-Sun, 10pm-6am)
- Proficiency in EHR systems and medical terminology
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Washington State MA certification required
- Ability to adapt to changing patient volumes overnight
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
