Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor vital signs and document patient records accurately
- Assist with emergency response procedures during overnight hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams
- Maintain sterile environments and medical equipment
- Support patient education on health management plans
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (night shift preferred)
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail in documentation
- Weekend availability essential (Sat/Sun)
- Basic ECG/EKG knowledge preferred
