Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during weekend night shifts across multiple departments
- Monitor and respond to patient needs with urgency and professionalism
- Document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain secure patient environments
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Ohio (required)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (must maintain)
- Proven ability to work independently during low-supervision shifts
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Advanced proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7pm-7am)
- Flexibility to cover rotating holidays as needed
