Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations during the night shift, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to communicate goals, expectations, and safety reminders.
- Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly to ensure high service standards.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and report any facility issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
- Experience working in Night Shift or Weekend Shift environments is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in logistics is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
