Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and accuracy against packing slips.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment within strict timeframes.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Shift Coverage: Adhere to night shift schedules, including potential weekend requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and comprehend instructions, both written and verbal.
