Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pick, pack, and prepare packages for shipment to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and inventory management procedures.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
