Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently using our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in regular inventory audits to maintain stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation is required to and from the facility.
