Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely and accurately
- Perform quality control checks and maintain detailed documentation of all transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Support outbound shipping processes and last-mile logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality
- Reliable transportation to the 456 Innovation Way location
