Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package incoming shipments using scanning systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Document operational data using warehouse management software
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to North Oakland facility
