Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 warehouse associates during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Optimize inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols and conduct weekly safety audits
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
- Resolve logistical challenges and maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA training
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
