Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in night shift conditions
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy for weekend fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Perform cycle counts and audits during low-traffic night hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail in low-light environments
- Flexible availability for weekends and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
