Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Manage and mentor team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with logistics team for smooth transportation workflows
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Generate performance reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
