Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load/unload shipments efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols during night operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment maintenance schedules
- Support weekend operations with flexible scheduling availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy skills
- Availability to work flexible weekends and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation to our Wichita facility
