Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Adhere to strict security protocols for high-value goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Flexible availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- No prior warehouse experience required - training provided
