- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate shift logs.
- Coordinate with day-shift management to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts and Weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
