Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via advanced surveillance systems and foot patrols during weekend night shifts
- Respond swiftly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations with protocol-compliant actions
- Generate detailed incident reports using digital reporting tools within 24-hour turnaround
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Conduct access control and verify credentials for authorized personnel
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive security information
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years professional security experience with night shift background
- Proficient in CCTV operation, alarm systems, and mobile patrol technology
- Excellent written communication skills for incident documentation
- Ability to work independently during Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Successful completion of comprehensive background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
