Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
- Operate diagnostic equipment (ECG, glucometers, etc.)
- Collaborate with nursing staff for coordinated care delivery
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations following ACLS protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or EMT license required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7PM-7AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
