Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake and registration during evening and weekend shifts
- Coordinate care plans with physicians and nursing staff
- Handle emergency triage and patient communication protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Oversee patient flow and resource allocation during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with security and environmental services for facility safety
- Train and support new staff during weekend orientation periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Flexibility to cover variable weekend and holiday shifts
- Spanish bilingual certification strongly preferred
