Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night operations.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, quality assurance standards, and safety regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet KPI targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy levels.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
