Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and stocking of inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Night Shifts on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a proven track record of punctuality.
- License: Valid driver's license preferred; forklift certification is a significant advantage.
