Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet customer deadlines.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
- Adhere to all quality control protocols and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
