Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipping using warehouse management software.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to maintain high standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines during night operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and Weekend Shifts.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Documentation: Ability to read and understand safety labels and work orders.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for on-site driving tasks.
