Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late arrivals/early departures
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for overnight operations
- Generate daily financial reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Handle emergency procedures and incident reporting as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality accounting experience required
- Strong proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New York State Security Guard License preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
