Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and market disruption forecasts using predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, bio-digital)
- Conduct horizon scanning for geopolitical, environmental, and societal shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications for industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ strategic forecasts
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
