Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging trends through 2030
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients integrating quantum computing, bio-digital convergence, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and exponential technology governance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models and service ecosystems
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario planning and probabilistic modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholder groups
- Published author or recognized thought leader in future-focused publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
