- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and junior strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology trends or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
