Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with global impact potential
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders including Fortune 500 executives and policy makers
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational adoption of exponential thinking methodologies
- Oversee the development of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic innovation experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruptions with 90%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of future-focused initiatives
