Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Futures Framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026's grand challenges (climate resilience, AI ethics, space economies)
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Briefs' for Fortune 100 clients on emerging tech impacts
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' summit connecting 500+ global thought leaders
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for 2026-focused R&D initiatives
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology trajectories (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year future implementations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
