Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/tech scale experience
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or top-tier conferences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
