Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends with 2026 impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive whitepapers published in industry journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and business models
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into implemented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or related future-focused credential
