Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory during night shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments during peak hours
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Reliable transportation to Pratt Street facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety-first culture
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
