Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during assigned night/weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vitals and document medical records accurately
- Coordinate with day-shift staff for seamless handovers
- Respond to emergency situations following protocol
- Maintain sterile and safe clinical environments
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Availability for nights (11 PM - 7 AM) and weekends mandatory
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Background clearance and TB test required
