Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during night and weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care delivery
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following protocols
- Maintain a safe and sterile healthcare environment
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians

Qualifications
- Active nursing license or CNA certification in DC
- Minimum 1 year experience in shift-based healthcare
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- EMR/EHR proficiency preferred
