Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 weekend staff across front desk, concierge, and valet services
- Optimize guest satisfaction metrics for weekend occupancy (avg. 85% capacity)
- Coordinate VIP event logistics for weekend weddings and corporate retreats
- Implement weekend revenue strategies for premium room upgrades and F&B packages
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with discretion and professionalism
- Conduct weekend staff training and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality leadership experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven ability to manage high-volume weekend operations (min. 200 guests/day)
- Advanced certification in Guest Relations Management (CHIA preferred)
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and weekend staffing software
- Strong conflict resolution skills for high-pressure scenarios
- Valid Indiana Food Handler's Permit
