Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front desk, concierge, and valet operations to ensure flawless guest experiences
- Train and mentor staff on service excellence, safety protocols, and resort systems
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for cohesive weekend operations
- Monitor inventory and resource allocation to optimize weekend staffing and budget
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews for weekend team members
- Implement and maintain resort quality standards across all guest touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality/supervisory experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume guest service environments
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities under pressure
- Proficiency in resort management software (Opera, Delphi, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Tucson local knowledge and passion for Southwest hospitality culture
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
