As a key member of our management team, you'll oversee all resort operations during weekend peak periods, ensuring flawless execution of services while mentoring staff. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all weekend resort operations including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve escalated service issues with exceptional diplomacy
- Oversee weekend event coordination and banquet operations
- Implement and monitor quality assurance standards across all departments
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless operational transitions
- Drive revenue generation through upselling and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years luxury hotel/resort management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record in staff development and team motivation
- Exceptional conflict resolution and guest relations expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of ADA compliance
- Strong analytical skills for weekend performance reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
