Nexus Horizon Systems is pioneering the future of connectivity and intelligence. We are seeking a visionary Head of Future Tech Strategy to define our roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026. In this pivotal role, you will identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologiesâincluding advanced AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy solutionsâinto our core business architecture. You will serve as the bridge between our engineering teams and C-suite executives, ensuring our 2026 vision translates into tangible market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning tech initiatives with global business goals.
- Lead the evaluation and pilot programs for emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Identify disruptive trends and assess their potential impact on the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into scalable platforms.
- Manage a budget for innovation initiatives and secure funding for high-impact experimental projects.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical executives in a compelling manner.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or strategy role.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast future technology trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Masterâs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading organizational change.
