Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology foresight reports and trend analyses for 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and evaluate emerging technological opportunities
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and next-gen biotech innovations
- Present futuristic technology concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscape disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future-focused R&D
- Translate foresight insights into product development and business growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM preferred)
