- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation readiness and competitive positioning
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor innovation teams in forward-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementations
