Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, climate, and societal megatrends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward products and services
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption and deployment
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research labs and innovation accelerators
- Author thought leadership on human-machine evolution in the 2030s
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech policy, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong background in human-centered design and ethical tech frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategy
