Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design innovation roadmaps that align with corporate vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future-proof business models and growth vectors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
