Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) and synthesize actionable insights for 2026+ strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based models for market disruptions and competitive landscape evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership positioning our organization as a future-shaper
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across all business units
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful future trend analysis with measurable business impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Economics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented
