Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Anticipate disruptive signals and systemic risks through continuous environmental scanning
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies for executive leadership
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating future scenarios to C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects that influenced organizational strategy
