Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact future intelligence reports and executive briefings
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-state visions
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data modeling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist thought leaders
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and client boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept translation
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or future strategy projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
