Responsibilities
- Architect the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision framework, incorporating predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ emerging technology domains (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for disruptive market shifts through trend impact assessments
- Coordinate with 8+ global research partners to validate future-state hypotheses
- Translate foresight insights into executable roadmaps aligned with ESG objectives
- Lead quarterly future-state simulations with executive stakeholders
- Publish annual 2026 Tech Horizon Report establishing industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEPLE, cross-impact analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
